What is the difference between 14 karat gold-filled and gold plated?

Gold-filled jewelry is made from a solid layer of gold, mechanically bonded to a base metal such as brass, copper, nickel, or silver." Gold-Filled provides a much thicker coating than gold plating. It provides a quality that you would expect from solid gold.

Gold-plated, however, will tarnish, fade, discolor, and peel.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently We only ship to the US and US territories. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once the order is processed, it is typically shipped out within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order ships, you will be provided a tracking number. You can use that number to track your order to delivery.

I just ordered online and made a mistake. Can I make changes to it?

Orders are processed very swiftly. We cannot guarantee changes to your order if it has been processed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@libbykate.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.

I own a boutique and am interested in stocking Libby Kate products in my store! Do you have dealer programs, and how do I get set up?

Can I place one order and ship to Multiple addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to separate addresses on the same order. Multiple orders have to be created.

How do I care for my bracelets?

Gold Filled: - for upkeep, wipe with a soft cloth. To clean we recommend using warm water and a soft cloth, or an all-natural jewelry cleaner.

Pearl/Gemstone: - we recommend wiping with a soft cloth. Gemstones and pearls are porous and can be damaged by water exposure.

Seed Bead/Gold-filled: - for upkeep, wipe with a soft cloth. To clean we recommend using warm water and a soft cloth.

Can I order beads, charms, or gemstones by themselves?

No, we do not sell the components separately.

Can I order a custom size bracelet?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizing on our bracelets. 

Can I order a bracelet made to my stone/bead request?

We do not offer one off, or custom to your specification items.

I purchased a Libby Kate item from a boutique, can I send to you for exchange?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased from boutiques. We can, however, assist in repair for any defective item. Email us at info@libbykate.com

Does, LibbyKate.com offer coupon codes?

For special events we may send coupon codes to people who are subscribed to our email list. Coupons cannot be used on past orders or exchanges. They will only be valid for the timeframe listed and cannot be stacked.
